Beth Fleisher is an independent editorial consultant, with over 20 year's experience. Beth was a long time editor at The Berkley Publishing Group (now a subsidiary of Penguin USA ) specializing in fantasy and science fiction. During her years at Berkley she worked on over 30 books a year, acquiring and editing titles for successful publication. Beth has gone on to work independently for publishers, agents, and writers. She has successfully developed both graphic novels and prose projects for sale.
